 DAY 1 – BAKO NATIONAL PARK (L/D)

0800 hours - Pick up from the hotel in Kuching. Bako National Park is situated on a peninsula on the coast and the departure point for trips to the park is Bako village, 35 minutes’ drive from Kuching. From the village, proceed by boat for approximately 25 minutes to the park headquarters. En-route there is a chance to see crocodiles, sea eagles and other shore birds. Arrive at the park HQ and begin exploring the trails and searching for wildlife with your guide. Have lunch at the canteen and then continue to explore Bako. After dinner at the park restaurant, proceed on a night walk by torchlight. Overnight at the park accommodation.

DAY 2 – BAKO NATIONAL PARK (L/D)

Breakfast at the park. Full day exploration of the park in search of wildlife and trekking to Bukit Pandan to see the pitcher plants. Dinner and overnight

DAY 3 – BAKO NATIONAL PARK / KUCHING (B/L)

Following breakfast, hike one of the trails to spot rare migratory birds, reptiles, langurs and search for the rare and elusive proboscis monkey, a primate only found in Borneo. We have lunch at the park before returning to Kuching by mid-afternoon. Overnight at your hotel.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Rates quoted strictly for minimum number of persons as per request above, if less or any reduce no of person the rate will be different.
2. This is only a quotation. No reservation has been made until we receive your written acceptance of the quotation and deposit to secure the quotation rates.
3. Price is subject to any surcharge including peak season surcharge / weekend / public holiday surcharge.
4. Confirmation is subject to availability of both hotels / land transfer arrangements.
5. Deposit of 50% is required upon booking confirmation and final payment to be paid in full one month before arrival.
6. Change of travel date is allowed and must be made 2 weeks prior to check-in date and is subject to room availability.

8. Travel arrangements for any member of the party may be cancelled at any time by written notice by the person who made the booking.
9. Please note the following:

If notice of cancellation is received by Star Travel more than 30 days prior to the guided holiday departure date, 20% will be retained along for Star Travel’s Cancellation Fee Waiver payment.

1. If full payment is not received one month prior to arrival date, Star Travel has the right to cancel your reservation. Star Travel will not be responsible for lost reservations.
2. If a person in a party cancel and there is a room change caused by this cancellation (such as Twin to Single), charges for the new room type will be the responsibility of the remaining party.

Illness or Absence

Early return expenses are the guest’s responsibility. There is no refund for absence or early departure from a guided holiday.
