Day 1 Arrive Tanzania – Arusha  

• Upon arrival, meet and greet at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO). 

• Pick up. 

• Transfer to Arusha hotel. 

• Check in, freshen up and spend the rest of the day at hotel. 

• Overnight stay in Arusha. 

 

Day 2 Arusha – Tarangire National Park (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) 

• Breakfast. 

• Pack your bags and depart with our representative/driver guide for transfer to Tarangire National Park. 

• A welcome table will be set at the entrance gate or a short distance away. 

• After hot/cold drinks and snacks, experience the first taste of the wild and beautiful Tarangire National Park on an afternoon. 

• Enjoy the day at the park with game viewing. 

• In the evening, transfer to the lodge to freshen up and relax. 

• Once refreshed, proceed to the dining area for dinner and a drink by the campfire. 

• Overnight in Karatu.

. Tarangire River flows all year, attracting game to its banks.

Day 3 Karatu – Serengeti National Park (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) 

• After an early breakfast, drive to Serengeti National Park. 

• En-route to Serengeti. 

• Can (optional) visit Masaai village and participate in some tribal activities or visit Olduvai Gorge. 

• On arrival at the Naabi Gate, a welcome table will be set up either at the entrance gate or a short distance away. 

• After hot/cold drinks and snacks, experience the first taste of the greate Serengeti and the Lion King Safari. 

• In the evening, transfer back to the lodge for dinner. 

• Overnight stay.

. The Serengeti – host to the annual migration of hundreds of thousands of wildebeest and       numerous other species of animals indigenous to the area.

Day 4 – Day 7 Serengeti (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) 

• Relax with 4 full days in the endless plain of Serengeti with game drivers. 

• Depending on your preference, there a couple of options with regards to how your day is structured in the Serengeti.  

 

Option 1: 

Start your day with an early morning Balloon excursion followed by picnic breakfast at the end. 

 

Option 2: 

Break your camp early and head out with a picnic and breakfast on a morning game drive, returning in the mid-afternoon. 

 

• In the evening, transfer back to the lodge for dinner.  

• Overnight stay. 

 

Day 8 Ngorongoro (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) 

• After early breakfast, pack your bags and depart to Ngorongoro Crater. 

• An early start the day to avoid the later influx of tourist into the Ngorongoro Crater. 

• Afternoon, drive to your lodge for overnight stay. 

 

Highlight: 

. A natural wonder of the world and is a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. 

. The crater is packed with wildlife, including the big 5. 

. Best place to see black rhino in Tanzania as well as prides of lion that include black-mane males. 

. Flamingos and a variety of other water birds around the soda lake on the crater floor. 

 

Day 9 Lake Eyasi (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) 

• Drive to Lake Eyasi (a mildly alkaline lake about 55km long. 

• The visit include meeting the Hadzabe and Datoga people and spend the day observing their ways. 

• Visit their homesteads. 

• Overnight in Karatu. 

 

Day 10 Departure (Breakfast) 

• After breakfast, depart to Kilimanjaro International Airport. 

• Departure.

Tanzania Travel Requirements: 

• Single entry visa costs US 50 per person. Can either process your visa on arrival, or online through https://eservices.immigration.go.tz/ . You will receive a notification via email once the payment is made. In case there is a lag time on receiving the Visa, the Pain invoice can be produced at Immigration on arrival and it will get approved there and then. 

• Traveler passport copy must be valid 6 months prior to the date of arrival with at least two blank pages. 

• A yellow fever vaccination certificate is required for travelers aged 1 year or over arriving from countries with risk of yellow fever transmission. 

• For client coming from the US, Europe or UK, no need the Yellow Fever Vaccination.
