• Resort is not equipped to provide facilities for clients who are physically challenged.  

• All complaints to be recorded at the property prior to departure.  

• Resort will not entertain or respond to any new complaints received after check-out.  

• Deductions related to complaints need to be agreed in writing prior by the management. 

• Incidental charges will be on pax account.

General Terms & Conditions: 

Package Price 

Quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and subject to exchange rate fluctuations. 

 

Deposit  

A deposit of 50% of the tour package price per person is required when booking is made. Balance payment must be made 45 days prior to departure. 

 

Cancellations & No-shows Policy 

Cancellation fee will not be charged if booking is cancelled 21 days prior to the date of arrival.  

Cancellations within 21 to 14 days prior to the date of arrival 25% of the total will be charged.  

Cancellations within 13 days to the date of arrival 50% of the total stay will be charged.  

Cancellations 13 days and Below / Show bookings and cancellations within the stay will be charged for the total stay on the basis booked. 

 

Reservations 

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. Peak season surcharge may apply.  

 

Check in and Check out times 

The standard check-in time is 14:00 hrs on the date of arrival while the check-out time is 12:00 noon on the date of departure.  

Early check-in from 08:00hrs will be provided free of charge, subject to availability of rooms at the time of arrival to the resort.  

Late check-out from 12:00 – 18:00hrs could be offered dependent on availability and could be confirmed at the resort during the guest stay. Charges would be as mentioned below: 

• Until 1500 hrs 30% of 01 days charge. 

• Until 1700 hrs 50% of 01 days charge. 

• After 1800 hrs 100% of 01 days charge. 

 

Responsibility  

The company acts only as an agent and does not operate any suppliers of services. The company will not be responsible or liable for weather, acts of God strikes, compulsory quarantine or other services beyond its control.  

 

Refund  

No refund will be available or any unused services.
