Overview
This 5-day Yogyakarta tour combines cultural landmarks, natural beauty, and exciting local experiences. On the first day, visit the Parangkusumo Sand Dunes, Parangtritis Beach, and Obelix Sea View. Day 2 explores Yogyakarta’s royal heritage with the Sultan Palace and Water Castle, followed by an adventurous Lava Tour near Merapi Mountain. Day 3 takes you to Timang Beach, Pine Forest Pengger, and Heha Sky View, showcasing the scenic beauty of the region. On Day 4, explore the UNESCO-listed Borobudur Temple, Rumah Batik for traditional crafts, and enjoy a treat at Tempo Gelato.
The tour concludes on Day 5 with shopping for local products like Bakpia and Chips, followed by a scenic VW tour through Nanggulan Village, offering panoramic views of the rice fields and Menoreh Hill. Day 1: YIA – Parangtritis Beach – Obelix Sea View (No Meals)
- Upon arrival at Yogyakarta Airport, you will be picked up by our representative.
- We’ll visit Parangkusumo Sand dune or called as little Sahara as big sand Gumuk Pasir this sand dune landscape about 15.7 kilometers.
- Continue to visit Parangtritis beach.
- Enjoy tour at Obelix Sea View.
- Check in hotel, free program.
Day 2: Sultan Palace – Water Castle – Bhumi Merapi – Lava Tour (Breakfast)
- Breakfast at hotel, then visit Sultan palace, Water Castle.
- Then tour to Bhumi Merapi, where you can see mini zoo, mini-Santorini spot photo for taking pictures.
- Continue to Kaliadem village to see the beauty of Merapi mountain, enjoy lava tour by jeep.
- Back to hotel and free program.
Day 3: Timang Beach – Pine Forest Pengger – Heha Sky View (Breakfast)
- Breakfast at hotel.
- Tour to Timang Beach, by Jeep ride to Gondola Station (hanging bridge and Gondola optional, by own expenses).
- Then tour to Pine Forest pengger, enjoy Jogja panorama under the pine trees.
- Continue to Heha Sky View.
- Back to hotel.
Day 4: Borobudur Temple – Rumah Batik – Tempo Gelato (Breakfast)
- After breakfast, Enjoy tour to Borobudur Temple as the world’s largest Buddhist Temple, built in 9thCentury during the Sailendra Dynasty and has been listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
- Continue to visit Rumah Batik.
- Then visit Tempo Gelato, the most famous gelato ice cream shop in Jogja (own expenses)
- Back to hotel.
Day 5: Local Product – VW Nanggulan Village – Departure (Breakfast)
- Breakfast and check out.
- Shopping local product such as Bakpia, Chips, etc.
- Visit Nanggulan Village, enjoy VW tour riding, go around the ricefield area with the Menoreh hill view.
- Transfer to Yogyakarta International Airport for departure.
