Overview
This 10-day tour of Morocco offers a comprehensive exploration of the country’s rich history, culture, and natural beauty. Starting in Marrakech, you’ll discover the city’s vibrant landmarks, including the Saadian Tombs, Bahia Palace, and Majorelle Gardens. The journey continues through the High Atlas Mountains, with stops at the UNESCO-listed Ait Benhaddou Kasbah, Ouarzazate, and the scenic Dades Gorges. You’ll also explore the Todra Gorges and experience a camel trek in the Erg Chebbi dunes of Merzouga before heading to Fes, Meknes, and the blue town of Chefchaouen.
The tour also covers the coastal cities of Tangier and Rabat, with visits to the Cave of Hercules and the Kingdom Palace. In Casablanca, you’ll visit the iconic Hassan II Mosque and other landmarks before returning to Marrakech for your departure. This itinerary provides a well-rounded experience of Morocco’s imperial cities, natural wonders, and traditional culture, ensuring a memorable and enriching journey.

Day 1: Arrival Marrakech Airport (Dinner)
- Upon arrival, meet with our representative.
- Transfer to hotel for check in.
- Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.
Day 2: Exploring Marrakech (Breakfast/Dinner)
- After breakfast, you will start exploring Marrakech, which is called also “the Moroccan red city”.
- Our local tour guide will ensure that you discover the most important parts of historical and cultural interests, including: the Saadians tombs, El Bahia Palace, El Badii Palace, and Ben Youssef Koranic school.
- Lunch will be at a typical restaurant in the new city (own expenses).
- Continue to explore the gardens of Majorelle and Menara and the Koutoubia Tower.
- Dinner and overnight at hotel.
Day 3: Marrakech – High Atlas – Ait Benhaddou – Ouarzazate – Dades Gorges (Breakfast/Dinner)
- After breakfast at hotel, drive to Dades Gorges by crossing the High Atlas Mountains and ‘Tizi N’Tichka’ pass which is the highest road pass in Morocco at 2260m altitude, where we will also stop for you at various panoramic views in order to take pictures.
- Then we will visit one of the oldest beautiful Kasbahs in Morocco, That is called Ait Benhadou, a Kasbah of the 16th century recognized by the Unesco, here we will stay for lunch in a local restaurant (own expenses).
- After that, we will continue our journey to Ouarzazate (The African Hollywood), where we will visit Atlas Studio of cinema.
- Then we will move to the Roses valley and through the way of 1000 Kasbahs.
- Dinner and overnight stay at Dades Valley, in the upper Gorges.
Day 4: Dades – Gorges – Todra Gorges – Erfoud – Erg Chebbi (Merzouga) (Breakfast/Dinner)
- After Breakfast we will drive to Todra gorges (the grand moroccan canyon), famous for rock climbing at its rock walls that rise to 300m in a narrow part, here you will have a walk to smell the real nature of green agricultural lands and wide river.
- We will continue down to Erfoud, famous for its fossilized marbles, where you will have the opportunity to visit a workshop produces Merble fossils.
- We will arrive to Merzouga at the evening.
- You will be welcomed with a cup of tea and have a safe room to be prepared to spend an excellent night in the nomad desert camp.
- You will have about 90 min of camel ride to cross the highest sand dunes in the north Africa, while you enjoy the show of the sunset till you arrive to the Bivouac, you will have a private tent, the tents are well equipped with mattresses, blankets, cushions and also Toilets.
- You will be served a delicious Moroccan dinner.
- After that you will gather around the fire to admire a typical Berber music performed using drums under the sky full of stars.
Day 5: Erg Chebbi – Ziz Valley – Midelt – Azrou – Ifrane – Fes (Breakfast/Dinner)
- Wake up early in the morning to enjoy the view of the sunrise over the dunes, then take a camel ride back to the Hotel.
- After a hearty Moroccan Breakfast and shower, we will leave for Ziz valley, here we will stop for you to admire a wonderful panoramic view of Ziz palm oasis and Ziz gorges.
- Lunch will be in Midelt (own expenses), then we will continue to Azrou by crossing the Middle Atlas Mountains with its cedar forest, where we will find wild monkeys waiting for you to feed them.
- Before arriving to Fes, we will stop for a while to have rest in Ifrane, a European-style town that is called also Switzerland of Morocco.
- At the evening, we will arrive to Fes, overnight and dinner at the hotel.
Day 6: Exploring Fes Medina – Meknes – Chefchaouen (Breakfast/Dinner)
- After Breakfast in your Hotel, You will move to start exploring the Fes medina (Founded in the 8th Century by Moulay DrissII), with a local tour Guide, among the interesting parts you will visit are : the Royal palace gate, the Jewish headquarter (was built in the 16th century and considered as the first Mellah in Morocco), the world’s oldest university Al Qarawiyin, the Tanneries and Moulay Driss mausoleum.
- After having lunch (own expenses), we will travel to Chefchaouen via Meknes.
- In Meknes you will see the famous Bab Mansour gate, the Sahrij Souani and the Mausoleum of Moulay Ismael.
- Afternoon we arrive to the ‘Blue Town’ where for every shop selling tourist gifts, shoe repairs, groceries, stationery and sweets, a tailor sewing an elegant djellaba, butchers, bakers (one of the centers of life in each area) although candle-stick makers don’t seem to have survived.
- Back to hotel for overnight stay.
Day 7: Chefchaouen – Tangier (Breakfast/Dinner)
- After breakfast, we will pick you up from the Hotel to explore the Charming city of Chefchaouen, a beautiful unique city with its whitewashed walls and its blue doors and windows.
- Unlike many parts of Morocco, this city was occupied by Spain and the influences of Spanish civilisation and architecture are all around.
- Then, we will transfer you directly to tangier, drop you off to your hotel.
Day 8: Tangier Sightseeing – Asilah – Rabat (Breakfast/Dinner)
- After breakfast in your hotel, we will take you to enjoy the Panormaic view on coast sea and the cave of Hercule.
- Then, we will travel to Rabat via Asilah.
- Overnight at hotel.
Day 9: Rabat – Casablanca – Marrakech (Breakfast/Dinner)
- After having breakfast, we will start the historical visit of Kingdom Palace.
- Continue to Casablanca where you will have a lunch (own expenses) then we the visit Hassan II Mosque, the Corniche, Mohammed V place, United Nations place, law court, the prefecture, central post office.
- Afternoon, we drive back to Marrakech, dinner and overnight in the hotel.
Day 10: Departure (Breakfast)
- Breakfast at hotel and check out hotel.
- Transfer to airport for departure.
