DAY 1 – ARRIVE KOTA KINABALU – RUMAH TERBALIK – JAMBATAN TAMPARULI – PEKAN NABALU – KUNDASANG                                                                                                                     (D)

Upon arrival at KKIA, meet and greet and transfer approximately 2hrs drive to Kundasang. En-route stop at “Rumah Terbalik (which translates to “Upside Down House”), turn your wold upside down when you visit this unique house in Tamparuli – literally! The first of its kind in Southeast Asia and among the five upsides down structures in the world. (3 are found in Europe and another in Japan)

Proceed to Jambatan Tamparuli and Pekan Nabalu.

Kinabalu Park the World Heritage Site with incredible mega biodiversity of flora and fauna, a heaven for nature enthusiasts. Enjoy a guided nature trail amongst the many trails in the park before drop off at your hotel in Kundasang for dinner and overnight. Overnight at Kinabalu Pine Resort (or similar)

DAY 2 – KUNDASANG – DESA DAIRY FARM – PORING HOTSPRING – KOTA KINABALU     (B/L/D)

After breakfast check out and Proceed to Desa Dairy Farm – located at the foothill of Mt.Kinabalu, at the mesilau plateau, Kundasang, Ranau. Desa Dairy Farm provides good education to understand how fresh milk is being processed from raw to finish product.

After Desa Farm, transfer to Hot Spring tour which offers visitor the opportunity for an invigorating dip into its hot sulphur springs. For a closer look at nature, take the 41m high canopy walk which offers a spectacular view of the Borneo Rainforest flora and fauna. Depart from Poring and journey back to Kota Kinabalu. Evening, transfer for dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight at city hotel/resort.

NOTES

• Tourism Tax – MYR10 per room per night (payable at the hotel).
• Rates for CWB: 80%, CNB: 60%.
• Child age policy: 2- 11 years old, below 2 years old FOC
• 2 – 14 pax: To add 50% for PVT Basis requirement (all boat transfers are on SIC basis)
• 15 pax and above: Will be upgraded to PVT Basis at no extra cost (all boat transfers are on SIC basis)

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Rates quoted strictly for minimum number of persons as per request above, if less or any reduce no of person the rate will be different.
2. This is only a quotation. No reservation has been made until we receive your written acceptance of the quotation and deposit to secure the quotation rates.
3. Price is subject to any surcharge including peak season surcharge / weekend / public holiday surcharge.
4. Confirmation is subject to availability of both hotels / land transfer arrangements.
5. Deposit of 50% is required upon booking confirmation and final payment to be paid in full one month before arrival.
6. Change of travel date is allowed and must be made 2 weeks prior to check-in date and is subject to room availability.

8. Travel arrangements for any member of the party may be cancelled at any time by written notice by the person who made the booking.
9. Please note the following:

If notice of cancellation is received by Star Travel more than 30 days prior to the guided holiday departure date, 20% will be retained along for Star Travel’s Cancellation Fee Waiver payment.

1. If full payment is not received one month prior to arrival date, Star Travel has the right to cancel your reservation. Star Travel will not be responsible for lost reservations.
2. If a person in a party cancels and there is a room change caused by this cancellation (such as Twin to Single), charges for the new room type will be the responsibility of the remaining party.

Illness or Absence Early return expenses are the guest’s responsibility. There is no refund for absence or early departure from a guided holiday.
