Overview
Embark on a 3-day adventure in Miri and its surroundings. Day 1 begins with a city tour, exploring landmarks like Canada Hill and the largest Taoist Temple. Day 2 takes you to Niah National Park to marvel at its ancient caves and prehistoric wall drawings. On Day 3, visit Lambir Hill National Park for a rainforest walk and a refreshing waterfall swim. Departure from Miri Airport concludes the journey.

Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive Miri – City Tour – Hotel
- Meet your guide upon arrival at Miri Airport for a 3-hour Miri City Tour.
- Explore landmarks such as Malaysia’s first oil well, The Grand Old Lady, at Canada Hill.
- Visit the largest Taoist Temple in Southeast Asia.
- Discover Miri City Fan and Miri Heritage Centre, offering handicrafts and souvenirs.
- Experience the vibrant atmosphere of Tamu Muhibbah, the local farmers market, showcasing tropical fruits and vegetables.
- Capture memorable photos at Miri City Hall, The Oil Barrel, and Coco Cabana.
- Transfer to selected accommodation for check-in and overnight stay.
Day 2: Niah National Park – Hotel (Breakfast / Lunch)
- After breakfast, embark on a 2 ½ hour drive to Niah National Park.
- Upon arrival at the park HQ, register and acquaint yourself with park information at the Information Centre.
- Take a short boat ride across the river to visit Niah Museum.
- Proceed on a 3km plank walk to the caves’ main entrance, which takes about 45 minutes.
- Explore the renowned Niah Cave, famous for its high-up edible bird’s nests and prehistoric wall drawings, including preserved remains dating back 40,000 years.
- Return journey on the same plank walk to Niah National Park for lunch.
- Transfer back to your hotel for leisure and overnight stay.
Day 3: Lambir Hill Daytrip – Departure (Breakfast)
- Depart your hotel in the morning for a 45-minute drive to Lambir Hill National Park.
- Enjoy a leisurely walk under the dense canopy of the tropical forest, experiencing the diverse flora and fauna.
- Encounter various species of birds, insects, and animals along the way.
- Continue your walk to reach a magnificent 100-foot waterfall, where you can admire the beauty of the rainforest, swim, and relax.
- Conclude your excursion with a transfer to Miri Airport for your departure flight.

- Rates quoted strictly for minimum number of persons as per request above, if less or any reduce no of person the rate will be different.
- This is only a quotation. No reservation has been made until we receive your written acceptance of the quotation and deposit to secure the quotation rates.
- Price is subject to any surcharge including peak season surcharge / weekend / public holiday surcharge.
- Confirmation is subject to availability of both hotels / land transfer arrangements.
- Deposit of 50% is required upon booking confirmation and final payment to be paid in full one month before arrival.
- Change of travel date is allowed and must be made 2 weeks prior to check-in date and is subject to room availability.
- Cancellation procedure: Travel arrangements for any member of the party may be cancelled at any time by written notice by the person who made the booking.
- Please note the following: If notice of cancellation is received by Star Travel more than 30 days prior to the guided holiday departure date, 20% will be retained along for Star Travel’s Cancellation Fee Waiver payment.
- If full payment is not received one month prior to arrival date, Star Travel has the right to cancel your reservation. Star Travel will not be responsible for lost reservations.
- If a person in a party cancels and there is a room change caused by this cancellation (such as Twin to Single), charges for the new room type will be the responsibility of the remaining party.
- Illness or Absence: Early return expenses are the guest’s responsibility. There is no refund for absence or early departure from a guided holiday.
