Overview
The itinerary for the trip to Laguna Redang Island spans three days of exciting activities and relaxation. Upon arrival, guests are greeted with a refreshing welcome drink before indulging in a delicious buffet lunch. The first day includes a snorkeling trip and ends with a sumptuous buffet or BBQ dinner. Day two starts with a hearty buffet breakfast, followed by snorkeling adventures at Marine Park. Lunch and another snorkeling session fill the day, concluding with another delightful dinner. On the departure day, guests enjoy a final buffet breakfast before checking out and heading back to the mainland by boat.

- Surcharges for package booking: Eve of Public Holidays and Public Holidays (I,e Feb 9-12 & April 9-13 2024). Surcharges RM500 per room per night.
- Snorkelling Equipment – Jacket MYR15 per set and Mask MYR15 per set
- Conservation Fund to Marine Park Fee: Malaysian – MYR5 Per Adult / MYR2 Per Child (to be pay at the jetty upon arrival)
- Personal expenses like phone calls, laundry, room services, mini bars, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

Arrival: By Flight/By Coach/Self Drive
Airport or Bus Terminal Pick Up/Transfer to Jetty for registration (Boarding Pass)
9.30am or 12.30pm – Boat Transfer to Laguna Redang Island Resort
– Meet & Greet at Arrival Hall
– Welcome Drink Served
12.00pm – 2.30pm – Buffet Lunch served at Sang Suria Restaurant
2.00pm – Check in
3.15pm – Assemble at Recreation Centre for a short briefing
3.30pm – Depart for Snorkeling Trip
7.00pm- 9.30pm – Buffet Dinner/BBQ Dinner served at Sang Suria Restaurant
Day 2: Laguna Redang Island (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
07:00 AM – Buffet breakfast at Sang Suria Restaurant
09:15 AM – Assemble at Recreation Centre for a short briefing on snorkelling.
09:30 AM – Depart to Marine Park Snorkelling Trip
12:00 PM – Lunch served at Sang Suria Restaurant
03:15 PM – Assemble at Recreation Centre for a short briefing on snorkelling.
03:30 PM – Depart for snorkelling trip
07:00 PM – Buffet dinner/ BBQ dinner served at Sang Suria Restaurant
Day 3: Departure (Breakfast)
07:00 AM – 10:00 AM – Buffet breakfast at Sang Suria Restaurant and check out.
06:00 AM / 11:00 AM – Boat Transfer to Taman Tamadun Islam Jetty (09:00 AM or 11:30 AM)

- Rates quoted strictly for minimum number of persons as per request above, if less or any reduce no of person the rate will be different.
- This is only a quotation. No reservation has been made until we receive your written acceptance of the quotation and deposit to secure the quotation rates.
- Price is subject to any surcharge including peak season surcharge / weekend / public holiday surcharge.
- Confirmation is subject to availability of both hotels / land transfer arrangements.
- Deposit of 50% is required upon booking confirmation and final payment to be paid in full one month before arrival.
- Change of travel date is allowed and must be made 2 weeks prior to check-in date and is subject to room availability.
- Cancellation procedure: Travel arrangements for any member of the party may be cancelled at any time by written notice by the person who made the booking.
- Please note the following: If notice of cancellation is received by Star Travel more than 30 days prior to the guided holiday departure date, 20% will be retained along for Star Travel’s Cancellation Fee Waiver payment.
- If full payment is not received one month prior to arrival date, Star Travel has the right to cancel your reservation. Star Travel will not be responsible for lost reservations.
- If a person in a party cancels and there is a room change caused by this cancellation (such as Twin to Single), charges for the new room type will be the responsibility of the remaining party.
- Illness or Absence: Early return expenses are the guest’s responsibility. There is no refund for absence or early departure from a guided holiday.
