Day 1 Arrival – Perth (PER)

Day 2 Half Day Tour (Breakfast)

  • Half day Perth and Fremantle City Explorer.

Day 3 Full Day Tour (Breakfast/Lunch)

  • Breakfast at hotel.
  • Choose ONE of purchased Full Day Tour as below:
  1. Pinnacles, Koala and Sand Boarding 4WD Adventure include fish and chip lunch (Upgrade to ½ grilled Lobster – Add on $25 per pax) (Departs daily).
  2. Wave Rock, York, Aboriginal Culture, and seasonal Wildflowers including rustic lunch (Departs Tue, Wed, Fri, Sun).
  3. Margaret River, Busselton Jetty and Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse including local gourmet lunch (Departs Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri, Sat).

General Terms & Conditions

Package Price

Quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and subject to exchange rate fluctuations.

 

Deposit

A deposit of Fifty percent of the tour package price per person is required when booking is made. Balance payment must be made 45 days prior to departure.

 

Child Policy

Child rates apply to children aged 8 years old to 12 years old.

 

Infant Policy (SIC Transfer)

0 – 2 years old FOC (sitting on parents / carer lap) or child rate applied if occupied a seat.

 

Booking Amendments

Any amendments to confirmed bookings may incur a process and handling fee and may NOT be accepted by our partner.

 

Payments

All bookings are to be paid in full prior to arrival date unless prior arrangements have been made with our partner. Any deposits required will be made clear at time of booking by our partner.

 

Cancellation by You

All cancellations confirmed less than 15 days to the confirmed arrival date will incur a 100% purchase rate. All no show will incur a full charge purchase rate. During high season or special event period, a 45 days notice of cancellation will be imposed and override the above minimum cancellation dates, unless otherwise stated specifically prior to event or season. No refunds will be offered to unused services or products.

 

Cancellation by our partner

They reserve the right to cancel a departure and will advise you of such cancellations no later than 30 days before the tour departure date. If due to ‘Force Majeure’ or government travel advice, they reserves the right to cancel a departure at any time. With any form of cancellation, they will offer you alternative arrangements, and if the price of your alternative booking is a lower value than the original booking, we will refund the difference to you.

If you do not accept alternative arrangements, we will refund all payments you have made to our partner, (in case of ‘Force Majeure’ or government travel advice refunds will be less unrecoverable costs). Our partner will not be liable for any additional costs incurred by you.

Our partner will not be liable for any delay in change or cancellation of trips due to ‘Force Majeure’. Means a circumstance beyond the reasonable control of our partner and includes, but nis not limited to war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, disease, industrial or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire and strikes.

 

Booking

Bookings received less than 5 working days of arrival will incur $30AUD charge for priority service and handling. Booking confirmation will be subjected to availability at the time of booking. Any bookings made 3 days prior to arrival may incur higher priority charges and may not be confirmed by our local partner.

 

 

Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. Peak season surcharge may apply.

 

Passport and Visas

It is your responsibility that you carry a valid passport and have obtained the appropriate visas when travelling. Please ensure that your passport is valid for 6 months beyond the duration of your holiday.

 

Responsibility

The company acts only as an agent and does not operate any suppliers of services. The company will not be responsible or liable for weather, acts of God strikes, compulsory quarantine or other services beyond its control.

 

Refund

No refund will be available or any unused services.
