 DAY 1 – ARRIVE = KUCHING – 3 HOURS KUCHING CITY TOUR                                                                                                         

Meet upon arrival at Kuching International Airport, and then proceed for 3 hours Kuching City Tour. Experience the beauty of a multi-racial community and see places of interest & the essential part of Kuching includes the building of the White Rajahs, (Colonial Law Court, Clock Tower, Charles Brooke Memorial, Square Tower) bustling Chinatown, Chinese Temple. Discover the treasure of Cat Museum, sight-seeing to Astana, Malay Village & Kuching Waterfront. After tour complete, assist transfer to city hotel for check in. Overnight at city hotel.

 DAY 2 – SARAWAK CULTURAL VILLAGE – SEMENGGOH ORANG UTAN REHABILITATION CENTER (B)

After breakfast, 0900 hrs Meet at hotel lobby. Visit to Sarawak Cultural Village to learn all about the 7 replicas of Sarawak major ethnical traditional houses: Chinese Farm House, Malay Stilted House, Melanau Tall House, Penan Hut and longhouses of the Bidayuh, Iban and Orang Ulu. Then proceed to the village’s theatre to witness cultural dance presentation.

1400 hrs Resume tour to Semenggoh Orang Utan Rehabilitation Centre. Walk through the jungle trail and look out for semi-wild Orang Utan in their natural habitat-an amazing experience to meet wild man of Borneo! On the way, back to Kuching, stop at Sarawak Pottery Factory to buy souvenir and gift. After tour, complete, back to hotel. Overnight at city hotel.

DAY 3 – BAKO NATIONAL PARK DAY TRIP         (B/L)

After breakfast, 0830hr Meet at hotel lobby and depart for Bako National Park, the oldest national park which offers the perfect introduction of Sarawak Forest and wildlife. It can be reached by 30 minutes’ drive and followed by 30 minutes boat ride. The park has on area of 16sq km of primary forest with abundance of botanical treasure making of 25 types of vegetation. Amongst this plant life is the strange carnivorous pitcher plant. Bako’s mangrove forest is home to the proboscis monkeys, only found in Borneo. Some species like the long-tailed macaques, silver leaf monkey, monitor lizards and bear pig can easily see. Take a jungle trekking to park trails. Lunch at park canteen. After tour complete, back to hotel for overnight.

DAY 4 – LOCAL SHOPPING / DEPARTURE                               (B)

After breakfast, free at leisure until your departure transfer to the Kuching International Airport.

 TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Rates quoted strictly for minimum number of persons as per request above, if less or any reduce no of person the rate will be different.
2. This is only a quotation. No reservation has been made until we receive your written acceptance of the quotation and deposit to secure the quotation rates.
3. Price is subject to any surcharge including peak season surcharge / weekend / public holiday surcharge.
4. Confirmation is subject to availability of both hotels / land transfer arrangements.
5. Deposit of 50% is required upon booking confirmation and final payment to be paid in full one month before arrival.
6. Change of travel date is allowed and must be made 2 weeks prior to check-in date and is subject to room availability.

8. Travel arrangements for any member of the party may be cancelled at any time by written notice by the person who made the booking.
9. Please note the following:

If notice of cancellation is received by Star Travel more than 30 days prior to the guided holiday departure date, 20% will be retained along for Star Travel’s Cancellation Fee Waiver payment.

1. If full payment is not received one month prior to arrival date, Star Travel has the right to cancel your reservation. Star Travel will not be responsible for lost reservations.
2. If a person in a party cancels and there is a room change caused by this cancellation (such as Twin to Single), charges for the new room type will be the responsibility of the remaining party.

Illness or Absence

Early return expenses are the guest’s responsibility. There is no refund for absence or early departure from a guided holiday.
