Overview
This 4-day, 3-night private tour offers an engaging glimpse into the heart of Sri Lanka, blending natural beauty, rich culture, and lively markets.
Begin your journey with a warm welcome upon arrival and a transfer to Negombo or Katunayake for your first overnight stay. The next morning, head to Kandy, where en route, you’ll stop at the Spice Garden in Mawanella to learn about Sri Lanka’s famous spices. In Kandy, take in the scenic Upper Lake Drive, visit the bustling Market Crafts Center, and explore the Gem Museum before marveling at the revered Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic. Your day concludes with a lively cultural show that celebrates Sri Lankan traditions.
On the third day, travel to Nuwara Eliya, known as “Little England” for its charming colonial-era architecture. Enjoy a Tea Experience, observing Sri Lanka’s renowned tea-making process, and visit the scenic Lake Gregory. Afterward, unwind at your hotel in Nuwara Eliya.
On your final day, journey to Colombo, where you’ll tour the city’s commercial district, Cinnamon Gardens, and notable areas like Sea Street and Fort. After lunch, indulge in shopping at popular spots like ODEL and the Bargain Market in Pettah before your transfer to the airport for departure, leaving with unforgettable memories of Sri Lanka’s vibrant culture and landscapes.

Day 2 Negombo/ Katunayake – Kandy (Approx. 166km – Approx. 3hr) (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

- Check out hotel and transfer to Kandy

- Proceed visit Spice Garden in Mawanella
- Continue with Kandy sightseeing including Upper Lake Drive, Market Crafts Center and Gem Museum

Day 4 Nuwara Eliya – Colombo – Departure (Breakfast)/Lunch)

- Lunch at local restaurant
- Last minute shopping in Colombo, visit ODEL, House of Fashion, Arcade Independence square, Race Course, and Beverly Street
- Continue to Bargain Market in Colombo Pettah
- Transfer to airport for departure
