Overview
Embark on a 4-day exploration of Kuching, Sarawak. Upon arrival at Kuching International Airport, transfer to your accommodation. Discover the city’s colonial landmarks and vibrant Chinatown on a city tour. Day 2 features a visit to Sarawak Cultural Village and Semenggoh Wildlife Centre to witness orangutans in their natural habitat. Day 3 takes you to Fairy Cave, Wind Cave, Bau Blue Lake, and Paku Rock Maze Garden for natural wonders. Enjoy leisure time on Day 4 before your departure transfer to the airport.

Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive Kuching – Kuching City Tour
- Meet and greet at Kuching International Airport by our personnel.
- Transfer to your chosen accommodation, subject to early check-in availability.
- In the afternoon, embark on a Kuching City Tour.
- Explore the multicultural beauty of Kuching, the capital city of Sarawak.
- Visit landmarks including the Colonial Court House, Clock Tower, and Charles Brooke Memorial.
- Discover bustling Chinatown and visit a Chinese Temple.
- Enjoy scenic views of Sarawak State Legislative Building, The Astana, and Fort Margherita.
- Witness the charm of Malay Village across the river from Kuching Waterfront.
- Explore the Main Bazaar, the oldest street in the city.
- Return to your hotel after the tour.
Day 2: Sarawak Cultural Village – Semenggoh Wildlife Centre (Breakfast)
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- 09:00hrs: Meet at the hotel lobby for the next part of your adventure.
- Visit Sarawak Cultural Village to explore replicas of 7 major ethnic traditional houses, including Chinese Farm House, Malay Stilted House, and longhouses of the Bidayuh, Iban, and Orang Ulu.
- Experience cultural dance presentations at the village’s theatre.
- At 14:00hrs, resume the tour to Semenggoh Wildlife Centre.
- Walk through the jungle trail and observe semi-wild orangutans in their natural habitat.
- Enjoy the unique opportunity to encounter the “wild man of Borneo.”
- On the way back to Kuching, make a stop at Sarawak Pottery Factory for souvenir shopping.
- After the tour, return to your hotel.
Day 3: Fairy Cave – Wind Cave – Bau Blue Lake – Paku Rock Maze Garden (Breakfast / Lunch)
- Enjoy breakfast at the hotel.
- 08:00hrs: Meet at the hotel lobby for departure to Fairy Cave.
- Explore the Fairy Cave, which rises about 3 storeys high, and admire the beautiful stalactites and stalagmites. Look out for natural formations resembling an old man crouching down.
- Next, head to Wind Cave, just a 10-minute drive away. Walk along the platform and observe the cave filled with bats and swiftlets. Use a torchlight to spot bird nests with eggs on the cave walls.
- Visit Bau Blue Lake before proceeding to Paku Rock Maze Garden, a primitive stone forest with a natural rock formation behind a Chinese Temple.
- After the tour, return to your hotel.
Day 4: Departure (Breakfast)
- After breakfast, free at leisure until your departure transfer to the Kuching International Airport.

- Rates quoted strictly for minimum number of persons as per request above, if less or any reduce no of person the rate will be different.
- This is only a quotation. No reservation has been made until we receive your written acceptance of the quotation and deposit to secure the quotation rates.
- Price is subject to any surcharge including peak season surcharge / weekend / public holiday surcharge.
- Confirmation is subject to availability of both hotels / land transfer arrangements.
- Deposit of 50% is required upon booking confirmation and final payment to be paid in full one month before arrival.
- Change of travel date is allowed and must be made 2 weeks prior to check-in date and is subject to room availability.
- Cancellation procedure: Travel arrangements for any member of the party may be cancelled at any time by written notice by the person who made the booking.
- Please note the following: If notice of cancellation is received by Star Travel more than 30 days prior to the guided holiday departure date, 20% will be retained along for Star Travel’s Cancellation Fee Waiver payment.
- If full payment is not received one month prior to arrival date, Star Travel has the right to cancel your reservation. Star Travel will not be responsible for lost reservations.
- If a person in a party cancels and there is a room change caused by this cancellation (such as Twin to Single), charges for the new room type will be the responsibility of the remaining party.
- Illness or Absence: Early return expenses are the guest’s responsibility. There is no refund for absence or early departure from a guided holiday.
