Day 1 Arrival - Siem Reap (Lunch/Dinner) 

  • Airport pickup. 
  • Lunch at local restaurant. 
  • Hotel check in and proceed to afternoon city tour. 
  • Visit Preah Ang Chek Ang Chom Shrine, Royal Residence (exterior), West Baray (ancient reservoir) and Sixty Meters Road Food Street. 
  • Buffet dinner with traditional dancing.  
  • Return to hotel. 

 

Day 2 Siem Reap (Angkor Classic Temple Tour) (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) 

  • Breakfast at hotel and proceed to Angkor Thom. 
  • Visit South Gate, Bayan Temple, Elephant & Leper King Terrance and Suor Prat Towers. 
  • Pass by Chao Say Devoda, Thommanon and TaKeo temples. 
  • Visit Ta-Prohm Temple (Tomb Rider film location) 
  • Lunch and visit Cambodia’s famous Gem Shop. 
  • Relax with a 1-hour body / foot massage. 
  • Explore Angkor Wat (World Heritage site). 
  • Dinner, then visit Siem Reap night market and pub street (1 way drop off only, guest who are not going to the night market will be sent back to the hotel.) 

 

Day 3 Siem Reap (City Tour) (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) 

  • Breakfast at hotel and morning visit to Old Market (souvenirs and clothes) 
  • Explore Duty Free Mall and visit Satcha Handicraft Incubation Center.  
  • Lunch and afternoon visit to Tonlesap Great Lake. 
  • Take a boat and visit floating village.  
  • Dinner at 5-star hotel with a Western Set menu.  
  • Return to hotel.  

 

 

Day 4 Siem Reap – Departure (Breakfast) 

  • Breakfast at hotel. 
  • Free time before transfer to airport.  
  • Airport transfer, for FIT (1-9 pax: driver only) and for GIT (10 pax up: with guide) 
  • Departure for the flight back home.

Inclusion:

  • English speaking guide.                 
  • Drinking water 3 bottles, Wet tissue 3 pieces per day per pax. 
  • Angkor T-Shirt, Kroma (Cambodian scarf) & Ticket holder for souvenir. 

 

Exclusion: 

  • Return International Flight Ticket.  
  • Travel insurance.  
  • Compulsory Tipping for Guide & Driver: Per Person Per Day RM15 (pre collect). 
  • Request no shop, no option charge RM100/ adult, (child no charge). 
  • Soft drink / Alcohol during meals (water/tea free). 
  • Personal expenses, optional tour and others not mentioned in the itinerary. 

 

Child Policy:  

  • Infant (under 2 years old): Free of charge. 
  • Child without bed (2 – 11 years old): 50% of adult fare. 
  • Child with bed (2 – 11 years old): 80% of adult fare.  
  • Child (from 12 years old above): 100% of adult fare.  

 

 

 

 

Remarks: 

  • Rooms are subject to availability upon confirmation of the booking. 
  • Halal / Indian Meals arrangement – Additional RM 20/ meal/ pax. 
  • Request no shop, no option charge RM 100/ adult, (Child no charge).  
  • Block out date: Chinese New Year 07 Feb – 15 Feb 2024, Khmer New Year 14 – 16 Apr 2024. 
  • Service that abandoned or unutilized by the client are non-refundable or non-replacement. 
  • We reserve the right to amend the sequence of itinerary, such as sightseeing, meals follow the actual tour, but will complete all the sightseeing that confirmed.  
  • Price subject to change with 15 days prior if ground supplier fee increase.  
  • Valid from April 2024 until 30 September 2024. 

 

General Terms & Conditions: 

Package Price 

Quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and subject to exchange rate fluctuations. 

 

Deposit  

A deposit of fifty percent of the tour package price per person is required when booking is made. Balance payment must be made 45 days prior to departure. 

 

Reservations 

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. Peak season surcharge may apply.  

 

Responsibility  

The company acts only as an agent and does not operate any suppliers of services. The company will not be responsible or liable for weather, acts of God strikes, compulsory quarantine or other services beyond its control.  

 

Cancellation Policy 

FIT/GIT booking, cancellation before cut-off date no charge, cancellation after cut-off date charge 50% of total tour fee, cancellation within 3 days prior to arrival date charge 70% of total tour fee and no-show full charge of total tour fee. 

 

Amendment Policy 

After cut-off date, amend down room not over 10% of total room is allowed, over 10% might be charged by hotel, our company will try to negotiate with the hotel for void charge, however, if not accepted from the hotel, cancellation charge of room will bill to booking company. Amend down room within 3 days prior to arrival date, charge 1 night for each place booking. No show full charge. 

 

Guest last minute cancel policy 

1 or 2 guest that cancel trip at the last minute (within 48 hours prior to arrival date), charge 80% of total tour fee. No show full charge. 

 

Refund  

No refund will be available or any unused services.
