Itinerary
Day 1 Kota Kinabalu – Rumah Terbalik – Jambatan Tamparuli – Pekan Nabalu – Kundasang (Dinner)
- Upon arrival at KKIA, meet and greet and transfer approximately 2hrs drive to Kundasang.
- En-route stop at “Rumah Terbalik (which translates to “Upside Down House”), turn your wold upside down when you visit this unique house in Tamparuli – literally! The first of its kind in Southeast Asia and among the five upside down structures in the world. (3 are found in Europe and another in Japan)
- Proceed to Jambatan Tamparuli and Pekan Nabalu.
- Kinabalu Park the World Heritage Site with incredible mega bio-diversity of flora and fauna, a heaven for nature enthusiasts.
- Enjoy a guided nature trail amongst the many trails in the park before drop off at your hotel in Kundasang for dinner
- Overnight at Kinabalu Pine Resort (or similar)
Day 2 Kundasang – Desa Farm – Poring Hotspring – Kota Kianabalu (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
- After breakfast, check out and proceed to Desa Dairy Farm – located at the foothill of Mt.Kinabalu, at the mesilau plateau, Kundasang, Ranau.
- Desa Dairy Farm provides good education to understand how fresh milk is being processed from raw to finish product.
- After Desa Farm, transfer to Hot Spring tour which offers visitor the opportunity for an invigorating dip into its hot sulphur springs.
- For a closer look at nature, take the 41m high canopy walk which offers a spectacular view of the Borneo Rainforest flora and fauna.
- Depart from Poring and journey back to Kota Kinabalu.

Day 3 Manukan – Sapi Island Excursion (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
- 0900hr – Pick up from hotel lobby and transfer to jetty.
- 0930hr – Board boat for about 10-15minutes to Manukan Island. Free to swim and snorkel on your own. Spend designated time at Manukan and hop boat to Sapi Island – popularly known of Tunku Abdul Rahman Park’s island being the popular for snorkeling.
- Spend the day for your own leisure: swimming, snorkeling and just laze yourself or suntan at the white sandy beach.
- Short and simple trails are available for your own option if you wish. A sumptuous BBQ will be served for you to enjoy your lunch on the island.
- After lunch, continue your free leisure.
- 1500 hr – Standby at the island jetty for departure.
- Note: Recommended items to bring: insect repellent, drinking water, hat, sun block, camera or video, swim wear, towel and good walking shoes or sandals.
- Evening, transfer for dinner at a local restaurant.
- Overnight at city hotel/resort
Day 4 Mari-Mari Cultural Village (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
- After breakfast, proceed to Mari-Mari Village.
- The village is located about 25 minutes away from the city.
- Journey will take you to long roads surrounded by a rich spectrum of greenery and overarched by wild blue skies.
- In the village, the colors of cultural diversity are not an issue but rather our pride, where you can savor the soul of Sabah.
- Upon arrival at the entrance of the village, you will be ushered to the warmth of different homes of the ethnicities of Sabah.
- Each home was built by descendants of the tribes they represent and offer you a truly genuine experience seeing everything in and around the village lends to its magical powers of taking you back in time.
- Not only does this village portray these tribes through the architectural genius of their traditional houses, but also through a range of simulated lives of the olden epoch by the residents of the village.
- Acquaint yourself with each tribe as they let you come into their house and their simple yet intricate lives.

- Rates quoted strictly for minimum number of persons as per request above, if less or any reduce no of person the rate will be different.
- This is only a quotation, no reservation has been made until we receive your written acceptance of the quotation and deposit to secure the quotation rates.
- Price is subject to any surcharge including peak season surcharge / weekend / public holiday surcharge.
- Confirmation is subject to availability of both hotels / land transfer arrangements.
- Deposit of 50% is required upon booking confirmation and final payment to be paid in full one month before arrival.
- Change of travel date is allowed and has to be made 2 weeks prior to check-in date and is subject to room availability.
- Cancellation procedure:
- Travel arrangements for any member of the party may be cancelled at any time by written notice by the person who made the booking.
- Please note the following:
- If full payment is not received one month prior to arrival date, Star Travel has the right to cancel your reservation. Star Travel will not be responsible for lost reservations.
- If a person in a party cancels and there is a room change caused by this cancellation (such as Twin to Single), charges for the new room type will be the responsibility of the remaining party.
