TERMS & CONDITIONS

•    The above package is applicable All Market.

•    The above packages are minimum of 4 and max up 6 Adults per booking. If you have more than above no. of golfer please contact to requote accordingly.

•    The above prices are quoted per person based on (RM)

• All the above-mentioned tours are on SEAT-IN-COACH – Joining basis.

•    All the above Package valid from 1^st January 2024 until as above stated respective packages.

•    Hotel’s standard check in / out time: Check in: 1400hrs / Check out: 1200hrs

•    All rates subject to room availability, peak season surcharge during peak period & Tourism Tax (for Non-Malaysian).

• The above rates quoted are based on lowest room category and for higher room category we shall be able to quote you upon request accordingly.

•    Unused package benefits are note exchangeable for cash or other benefits.

•    All tour will be subjected to 6/8% Sales & Services Tax (SST) – IF ANY

• The above rates are not applicable for Chinese New Year, Hari Raya Puasa, Christmas, school holidays period or any other day whereby a surcharge will be imposed. This will be determined once the final confirmation is made.

• The above rates subject to tee off time and rain check policy on respective golf courses.

• If guest a reciprocal/affiliated with the above golf course, please let us know to requote you accordingly. required to show proof with introduction letter form golf member and stated that they hold a golf handicap certified by their home club before they are allowed to play at respective golf courses.

• Above rate subject to change in the event of revision by the respective golf course’s management.

• Reservation can only be made by email. Booking must be made 30 working days prior to the arrival date and 50% deposit is required upon confirmation of booking. The balance of payment due must be paid within 30 working days before tour commence. If less than 14 working days prior to the arrival date, full payment is required upon confirmation of booking.

• Please take note that only 50% of the full payment shall be refunded upon cancellation made in less than 7 working days before tour commence. 100% cancellation charge is imposed for cancellation within 48 hours or in the event of no show, or any goods and services that are not utilized.

• Payment must be made by CASH or CHEQUE and bank into our company’s bank account ~ CIMB Bank Berhad Account No. 8000-216-783 under M.S Star Travel Agencies Sdn Bhd. We also accept payment by credit card (VISA or MASTER CARD).

• It is agreed that M.S Star Travel Agencies Sdn Bhd shall not be liable to any persons for any lost, damage, liability, expenses or costs, including legal costs suffered or incurred by any member or any of its booking, including any lost, damages, liability, expenses and costs arising from any loss of damage to or theft of property, UNLESS such lost, damage, liability, expenses and cost, resulted directly from the gross negligence or willful default of M.S Star Travel Agencies Sdn Bhd.

• The company reserves the right to alter routes, timetables, itineraries & accommodation reserved as and when necessary or in the case of force majeure.

•    All customers must provide full details on guests’ personal particulars and flight details at least 20 days in advance (working days) before the guests’ arrival. Failing to do so which a surcharge shall be imposed per booking.

•    The resorts/hotels/golf courses management reserve the right to discontinue or revised the rates of this offer at any time.

•    Please note that the accommodation may be available at the time of inquiry but it is not being held for you. A request cannot be confirmed until we receive guests’ personal particulars and deposit payment.

•    In the event of cancellation, the following cancellation charges shall apply.
