Day 1 Kuala Lumpur - Cochin (MOB)

Meet and greet at Cochin International Airport, and transfer to your hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2 Cochin –Munnar (Estimated 4hrs 158 km) (B)  

After breakfast, we proceed to Munnar. Munnar is 1800 meters above sea level and has the highest peak in South India, Anamudi, at 2695 meters. On the way, we will visit Valara and Cheeyappara waterfalls, as well as lush green tea plantations. Upon arrival in Munnar, check in at the hotel. After 2 pm, visit Eravikulam National Park, one of the main tourist attractions, where you may sometimes find the endangered species of Nilgiri Tahr. Later, explore the Tea Museum, which showcases some of the finest tea plantations in Kerala. We then head to Munnar town, a beautiful hill station that was once the summer resort of the British. Take a leisurely stroll around town and do some shopping. After sightseeing, return to the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3 Munnar (B)  

After breakfast, take a drive around Old Munnar town, where you'll find the tourist information office, bus station, and most guest houses. Next, visit the Mattupetty Dam and Reservoir. Further up from the dam is Echo Point, where tourists are encouraged to scream in the valley to hear their echo. Proceed to the Blossom International Park, featuring beautiful gardens with rare varieties of plants and flowers, shady trees, and facilities for water cycling, boating, and cycling for kids (optional tour). In the late evening, return to the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 4 Munnar –Thekkady (Estimated 4.5hrs 141km) (B)  

After breakfast, check out and drive to Thekkady. Upon arrival, check into the hotel. Proceed on a sightseeing tour of Thekkady to visit The Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary. Noted for its geomorphology, diversity of wildlife, and scenic beauty, the sanctuary was declared a Tiger Reserve in 1978. You can enjoy activities like boating at Periyar Lake and visiting a spice plantation. The Kalaripayattu show is scheduled from 6 pm to 7 pm (1 hour). After the Kalaripayattu show, return to the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 5 Thekkady–Alleppey (Estimated 3.5hrs 141km) (B)  

After breakfast, check out and drive to Alleppey. Embark on an enchanting overnight backwater cruise in traditionally decorated houseboats. Check-in time is 13:00 hrs, and the cruise begins with lunch. While cruising in these floating luxury villas, let your eyes settle on the rare and the unusual: pass by Chinese fishing nets, bowing paddy fields, local inhabitants engaged in making coir products, rustic homes, ancient temples, and swaying coconut groves. Food will be served on board. Enjoy an overnight stay in the houseboat.

Day 6 Alleppey – Cochin – Kuala Lumpur (Estimated 2.5hrs 73km) (B/L/D)  

After breakfast, check out from the houseboat and drive to Cochin town. Continue sightseeing to explore various cultures, including the Portuguese, Jewish, English, French, Dutch, and the Chinese Fishing Net. After the city tour, you will have 3 hours to freshen up at the airport hotel before departing for the airport to catch your flight home.
