Upon arrival in Istanbul, you will be warmly greeted at the airport and transferred to your hotel for a restful overnight stay.
Begin your exploration of Istanbul on day two with a full day of sightseeing. Marvel at the Blue Mosque, renowned for its beautiful Iznik tiles and distinctive six minarets, before visiting the ancient Hippodrome, once the heart of the city’s political and sporting life. Nearby, you’ll explore the iconic Hagia Sophia, a 6th-century basilica revered for its architectural grandeur. After lunch, visit Topkapi Palace, the former residence of Ottoman sultans, to view its priceless collections. End the day wandering through the vibrant Grand Bazaar, where you can enjoy a traditional Turkish coffee experience at Sark Kahvesi, a historic coffee roaster within the market.
On the third day, you’ll embark on a half-day tour beginning at the lively Spice Market. Filled with exotic spices, herbs, and dried fruits, this bustling marketplace has delighted visitors for over three centuries. From here, enjoy a Bosphorus cruise, passing Ottoman mansions, palaces, and charming villages. Following this, you’ll catch a flight to Kayseri and transfer to your Cappadocia hotel for dinner and a night surrounded by Cappadocia’s enchanting landscapes.
Day four offers an optional hot air balloon flight, allowing you to witness Cappadocia’s iconic rock formations from the sky. Later, after breakfast, you’ll explore Cappadocia’s famous valleys and its unique “fairy chimneys.” Highlights include the Goreme Open Air Museum, an ancient Underground City, and panoramic views of Uchisar Valley. Avanos, known for its traditional pottery, and other valleys provide insight into the rich geological and cultural history of the area. Return to your hotel in Cappadocia for dinner and a comfortable overnight stay.
The fifth day sees you returning to Istanbul via a domestic flight, with a transfer back to your hotel upon arrival. Finally, after a leisurely breakfast on day six, you’ll be transferred to Istanbul Airport for your departure, concluding a memorable journey through two of Turkey’s most beloved destinations.

Day 1 Istanbul
- Arrive in Istanbul.

Day 2 Istanbul (Breakfast/Lunch)
- After breakfast, begin full day sightseeing in Istanbul.

Day 3 Istanbul – Cappadocia (Domestic Flight not included) (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
- After breakfast, embark on a half-day sightseeing tour in Istanbul.
- Begin with a visit to the Spice Market, also known as the Egyptian Bazaar, built in the 17th century.
- Explore the corridors filled with exotic oils, herbs, spices, nuts, honey, dried fruits, sweets, and herbal remedies.
- Experience the rich aromas that have filled the market for nearly 350 years, immersing yourself in the atmosphere of a spice trader.
- Continue the tour with a Bosphorus Cruise on a regular boat.
- Sail through the waterway separating Asia and Europe.
- Admire Ottoman wooden mansions, marble palaces, foreign embassies estates, and small fishing villages along the way.
- Don’t miss sightseeing spots such as Dolmabahçe Palace, Rumeli Fortress, and Beylerbeyi.
- After the cruise, transfer to Istanbul airport for departure flight to Kayseri.

- Visit key attractions such as the Underground City, Goreme Open Air Museum, Devrent, Pasabag, Uchisar Valley (with panoramic views), Avanos, and Urgup (known as Three Beauties).
- Take the opportunity to purchase pottery crafted using the traditional kick-wheel method in Avanos.
- Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel, surrounded by the unique beauty of Cappadocia.
After breakfast, we will explore the famous valleys of Cappadocia. It is a unique location in the world with one of a kind natural rock formation.. Erosion shaped them into famous formations, which are called “fairy chimneys”.. Hittites chiselled the soft tufa stones to carve out this fairy tale world into homes, stables, shops, churches, hospitals, etc. etc. Early Christians carved caves and made frescoes of Biblical scenes on the walls of these rock-carved chapels. We will visit Goreme Open air Museum, Kaymakli Underground Cistern, Devrent, Pigeon, Pasabag and Avanos valleys, the latter providing us with the opportunity to purchase some pottery made with kick-wheel method that has been shaped here for millennia.
