After a short city tour, relax in the cool highlands of Nuwara Eliya for the evening.
Traveling further south, experience one of Sri Lanka’s most picturesque train rides from Nuwara Eliya to Ella, where stunning views unfold from your seat. Visit the famed Nine Arches Bridge, then continue by car to Yala, stopping briefly at the cascading Ravana Falls before unwinding at your hotel near the national park.
The following morning brings the thrill of a wildlife safari in Yala National Park (optional), where leopards, elephants, and exotic birds roam freely. After a freshen-up, head towards the historic city of Galle, making stops at Weligama to witness the iconic stilt fishermen and exploring the colonial-era beauty of the Galle Fort.
Wrap up your trip with a vibrant Colombo city tour. Discover its colonial heritage, bustling markets, sacred temples, and modern landmarks like the Lotus Tower. End the evening with some leisure time and a cozy stay at a city hotel.
