Day 1 Kuala Lumpur - Kolkata  

• Upon arrival, meet and greet at Kolkata International Airport with our representatives. 

• Transfer to hotel for check in.  

 

Day 2 Kolkata – Bagdogra – Darjeeling (Distance 93 km, estimated time 4 hours. Altitude 2134m) ) (Flight from Kolkata – Bagdogra not included)  (Breakfast) 

• Breakfast at hotel and transfer to Kolkata Domestic Airport for flight to Bagdogra.  

• Upon arrival, proceed to Darjeeling. 

• Enjoy breathtaking view of snow-capped mountain peaks, including the majestic Kanchendzong.  

• Overnight stay in Darjeeling.  

 

Day 3 Darjeeling (Breakfast)    

• Early morning at 06:00am, visit Tiger Hill and Ghoom Monastery.  

• Tiger Hill located 13km from Darjeeling and can see sunrise and Himalayan Range.  

• Later visit Ghoom Monastery, the oldest monastery in the area.  

• Back to hotel and breakfast then enjoy Tou Train Ride.  

• Afternoons proceed for city tour. 

• Visit Himalayan Mountaineering, Institute/Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park the Himalayan Mountaineering. 

• Back to hotel.  

 

Day 4 Darjeeling – Gangtok (Distance 98 km, estimated time 04 hrs. Altitude 1750m) (Breakfast)                  

• Breakfast, check out and drive to Gangtok.  

• Upon arrival, check in hotel and overnight stay.  

 

Day 5 Gangtok (Breakfast) 

• Breakfast at hotel and full day city tour to Gangtok including excursion to Rumtek Monastery. 

• Visit Namgyal Institute of Tibetology, It has one of the world’s largest collections of rare books and manuscripts on Mahayana Buddhism. 

• Near the Chorten are housed two giant statues of Lord Buddha and Guru Padmasambhava. 

• Directorate of Handloom and Handicrafts.  

• Exquisitely carved wooden friezes, intricate bamboo work, along with beautiful hand-woven carpets and handlooms are on exhibits here.  

• Visitors can not only purchase these items here but also see the artisans at work.  

• Overnight at hotel.  

 

Day 6 Gangtok – Kalimpong (Distance 68 km, estimated time 3 hours) (Breakfast) 

• Breakfast at hotel and drive to Kalimpong (approx. 80km, 3 hours)  

• Flower nurseries (exotic flowers)  

• Visit Zang Dog Palri Fo, located in Durpin Dara and offers an exclusive panoramic view of the town and surroundings.  

• Visit Tharpa Choling Monastery at Tirpai Hill on route to Dr. Graham’s Home.  

• Visit Thongsa Gumpa, monastery of Bhutanese origin and built around 1692.  

• Overnight stay at Kalimpong. 

 

Day 7 Kalimpong – Bagdogra – Kolkata – Departure (65 kms 03 hours approx (Flight from Bagdogra – Kolkata not included) (Breakfast) 

• Breakfast at hotel then drive to Bagdogra (approx. 80km 3 hours) to connect flight for Kolkata.  

• Arrive in Kolkata and proceed with half day sightseeing and shopping.  

• Later in the evening transfer to international airport for departure back home.

Deposit  

A deposit of 50% of the tour package price per person is required when booking is made. Balance payment must be made 45 days prior to departure. 

 

Cancellation  

50% if cancelled before 7 days. 

75% if cancelled before 3 days. 

100% if cancelled on the date of commencement of tour. 

 

Refund  

No refund will be available or any unused services.

Visa Applications 

Tourist visa is required for Malaysian passport.
