Day 1 Ulaanbaatar (Dinner) 

• Arrive in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, and meet your guide and driver at the airport. 

• Transfer to your hotel and check-in. 

• In the afternoon, embark on a city tour. 

• Visit the Central square and Chinggis Khaan Museum. 

• Enjoy the traditional art performance. 

• Welcome Dinner. 

 

Day 2 Flight to Ulgill – Eagle Hunter Family (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) 

• Breakfast, transfer to airport for your flight to Ulgii.  

• Upon arrival in Ulgii, meet your local driver and guide at the airport. 

• Move to town and visit to local museum. 

• Afternoon drive to Kazakh family. You will visit the Kazakh family’s settlement. 

• Taking photos of Eagle hunters. Enjoy Kazakh hospitality to have “bisparmak” which are the original Kazakh dishes prepared for highly respected guests. 

• Back to Ulgii. 

 

Day 3 Eagle Festival Day 1 (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) 

• After breakfast, transfer to the festival field, located a short distance away. 

• At 11:00 am, witness the grand Opening Ceremony of the Golden Eagle Festival. Participants join the parade on horseback. 

• In the afternoon, the Golden Eagles will be evaluated for their speed and agility. 

• In the evening watch a Kazakh concert consisting of traditional songs and dances. 

• Overnight stay. 

 

Day 4 Eagle Festival Day 2 (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) 

• Breakfast and enjoy 2nd day of the Eagle Festival. 

• Witness the thrilling spectacle as the Golden Eagles are released from a cliff to attack fox skins dragged by their owners on horseback. 

• In the late afternoon, the winners of the festival will be nominated at the awards ceremony. 

• In the evening, enjoy the celebration dinner. 

• Stay overnight at a local hotel in Ulgii. 

 

Day 5 Ulaanbaatar and Terelj NP (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) 

• After breakfast, transfer to the local airport for your flight back to Ulaanbaatar. 

• Upon arrival, travel to Terelj NP and overnight stay.  

 

Day 6 Chinggis Khaan – Ulaanbaatar (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) 

• Breakfast and begin with a short trip to Turtle Rock. 

• Continue your journey to Tsonjin Boldog, where you will visit the Statue Complex of Chinggis Khaan. 

• Afternoon travel back to Ulaanbaatar. 

• Check in hotel and free at own leisure.  

 

Day 7 Departure (Breakfast) 

• Breakfast at hotel. 

• Transfer to airport for departure.

General Term & Condition:  

Package Price 

Quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Once the booking is confirmed, the price of your tour is guaranteed and will not subject to any changes or surcharges unless you request to add extra services later.  

 

Deposit 

A deposit of fifty percent of the tour package price per person is required when booking is made. Balance payment must be made 45 days prior to departure. 

 

Cancellation 

If you wish to cancel the trip after the booking has been confirmed, the following charges will apply: 

 

Cancellation 3 months or more prior to the tour start date: $300 administration charge. 

Cancellation within 3 months but more than 30 days before the tour starts: 30% of the total tour price. 

Cancellation within 30 days but over 7 days of travel: 50% of the total tour price. 

Cancellation within 7 days of travel or no show: 100% of the total tour price.  

 

Changes  

Changes such as travel dates or adding extra services may incur charge and we will inform you if it’s the case and of the charge amount. All changes are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed, for example, upgrading your accommodation or staying alone in a ger in a tourist camp would normally cost extra and may not be available in the high season. 

 

Reservations 

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. Peak season surcharge may apply.  

 

Responsibility  

The company acts only as an agent and does not operate any suppliers of services. The company will not be responsible or liable for weather, acts of God strikes, compulsory quarantine or other services beyond its control.  

 

Refund  

No refund will be available or any unused services.
